Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns (30 Days)

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and promotional items included.
• A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or personalized items are not eligible for return.

2. Initiation of a Return

To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and the reason for the return:

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your package.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

• **Faulty/Damaged Items:** If the return is due to an error on our part (defective, incorrect, or damaged item), AuRA LUX will cover the cost of return shipping.
• **Change of Mind:** If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

• A refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
• You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different colour or model), please first return the original item following the process above. Once the return is approved, we will process your refund, and you can place a new order for the desired item.

6. Warranties (Defective Items after 30 days)

All AuRA LUX products come with a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

If a product becomes defective after the 30-day return window, please use our Warranty Registration page to submit a claim. We will repair, replace, or refund the item based on the warranty terms.
