Aura Lux offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all products, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The return request must be initiated within **30 days** of delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective films intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Any product that has been opened or used and comes into direct contact with the body (e.g., facial devices, baby monitors).
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at returns@auralux.co.za with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
- Package the item securely and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box.
- Ship the item back to the provided warehouse address.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days) at contact-us.html so we can arrange a free exchange or full refund, including return shipping.
